What a great experience we had with The Josh Hanoud Team! I put a feeler out on Facebook for recommended realtors in the Palatka. FL area. I got a huge list. Josh Hanoud contacted me through messenger. I wasn't sure what to think of that, but what he wrote to me intrigued me enough to give him a call. When we connected he was at the house to meet us and let us know what he could do for us. We liked Josh from the start, and knew we would use him as soon as we were ready to list. Unfortunately that time frame was delayed for over three months, but Josh kept in touch. When we knew we were ready Josh was ready and waiting. Our house was a "Unicorn". It is a beautiful home on beautiful property, but in a county of Florida that doesn't have many homes like ours. Josh told us we wouldn't have many if any comps, but he wasn't deterred and in fact was very encouraging in every way. Josh let us know what things to do and what not to do to our home to get it ready. We had a few concerns and Josh handled them all. The team was so professional and on top of everything the whole time. The photographer came from quite a distance and did an outstanding job. We were impressed with the whole process. Amanda did an amazing job keeping every little detail in order and keeping the whole process smooth. We sold an expensive home in 20 days at the top of the market. We sold our home and purchased a new one in 2021. Trying to find a real estate agent was an insane and stressful task.
